PropeL contains propionyl-L-carnitine (PLC) and acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC), natural derivatives of the amino acid carnitine, which plays an essential role in cellular energy metabolism. They have been found to be beneficial in maintaining healthy sexual function in men, among other aspects of human health. PropeL also contains the potent antioxidant lipoic acid (“the antioxidant’s antioxidant”), both to neutralize the pro-oxidative tendencies of ALC and PLC and for the varied health benefits it provides independently of that role.

Suggested use

This will provide a total of 2 g of PLC, 2 g of ALC, and 600 mg of lipoic acid daily, or 1 g of PLC, 1 g of ALC, and 300 mg of lipoic acid daily.
