Suggested use

Direction: Mix 1 scoop with 4-5 fl oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milkshake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk.

Isolate protein matrix (whey protein isolate, milk protein isolate), sunflower creamer (sunflower oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono- and diglycerides, dipotassium phosphate, tricalcium phosphate, soy lecithin, tocopherols), natural and artificial flavor, inulin, polydextrose, lecithin, cellulose gum, salt, potassium chloride, sucralose, acesulfame potassium.

Contains: Milk and soy.

Lecithin is a phospholipid complex derived from soybean oil, which is used to promote mixability.
